September 2024
28th & 29th
Saturday & Sunday

The Denver American Indian Festival is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3.  Since 2014 the Denver American Indian Festival has brought a celebration of American Indian culture, arts, and history to all Denver Metro communities. It has welcomed over 20,000 residents and over 81 tribal representatives.

Each year this free and family-friendly event is held the last week in September. We have grown so much that this year we will be hosting the festival at the Lakewood United Methodist Church (1390 Brentwood, Lakewood,  Co. 80214)   We hope you can join us on September 28th  and 29th 2024.

DAIF is committed to creating a space in our community that fosters stewardship, knowledge, and understanding of the artistic, cultural, and intellectual achievements of the diverse peoples of Native American descent. We strive to include all people regardless of their race, color, gender identity, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, or criminal history, in our endeavors to bring recognition and understanding of Native peoples of the Americas. Celebrating diverse tribes, each with a distinctive history, culture, and language, and each who is integral to the vibrant, historical, and cultural landscape of our country.
